Not only did he always call back and show up when he said he would, he was upfront about pricing, quoted a reasonable price AND did an outstanding job. I was also in a pinch to find a plummer and he went above and beyond to find one for me (who was likewise dependable). Finally, he was just a pleasure to work with - had a good sense of humor - and so was his co-worker.
